Abstract
In diesem Artikel werden zentrale Aussagen der Bachelorarbeit mit dem Titel „Die Abnahme der sozialen Sicherheit in der Erwerbsintegration Jugendlicher. Humankapitalansatz vs. Identitätsbildende Theorie“ dargestellt. Es handelt sich dabei um einen theoretischen Diskurs, über Anforderungen an Jugendliche in der Zweiten Moderne, in dem Humankapitalansatz und identitätsbildende Theorie gegenübergestellt werden. Es werden dabei durch die Humankapitalverwaltung ambivalente Anforderungen der Zweiten Moderne aufgedeckt. Mit dem Diskurs der Sozialisationstheorie der Zweiten Moderne wird dann ein handlungsbasiertes Bewältigungskonzept konstruiert. Daraus folgend wird der Umgang mit der Abnahme der sozialen Sicherheit zur zentralen Anforderung an Jugendliche ernannt. Vor diesem Hintergrund werden konkrete Anforderungen an Jugendliche in der Erwerbsintegration aufgezeigt und Vorschläge des professionellen Handelns der Sozialen Arbeit mit den gesellschaftlichen Mega-Trends der Zweiten Moderne gegeben.
In this article the central arguments of the Bachelor thesis with the title “The decline of social security in the employment transitioning of youth. Human capital approach vs. socialisation theory” will be shown. It is a theoretical discussion about demands on youths in the Second Modern period and theories coming from the human resources approach are compared to the socialisation theory discussion. In doing so ambivalent demands are found relating to the management of human ressources in this time interval. A coping concept is constructed based on the socialisation theory discussions of the Second Modern. Subsequently, a key demand on youths is the exposure to a decline in the social safety net. Against this background concrete demands on youths who are transitioning into employment opportunities are shown, as well as recommendations for providing professional social work to deal with the societal mega-trends of the Second Modern.
