Abstract
Das Wort "Reflexion" wird gerne in den Mund genommen, insbesondere natürlich auch in Ausbildungszusammenhängen der Sozialen Arbeit. Jedem/r scheint klar, was darunter zu verstehen ist. Dennoch: In einer sich stark verändernden Gesellschaft trägt ein Reflexionsverständnis, das meistens auf den philosophischen Grundlagen des deutschen Idealismus fußt nicht mehr. Die Änderungen der Gesellschaft führen zu Änderungen der sozialen Arbeit und damit auch zu Änderungen der Art und Weise, wie diese Arbeit bedacht werden kann und soll. Also was den Leser/die Leserin erwartet, ist eine fragmentarische Reflexion der Reflexion und dennoch hoffentlich nicht zu viel Verwirrung.
"Reflection" is an important term, especially in the education of social workers. Everybody seems to know what we are talking about when we use this term. But our world is changing and with a changing world the meaning of "reflection" is changing too. The meaning people using this term often have in mind is based on the German idealistic philosophy. But the change of society has led to changes in social work and must lead to changes in thinking and talking about this work. So the reader can expect a fragmentary reflection of reflection. Hopefully it will not be too confusing.
