Abstract
Dieser Werkstattbeitrag enthält wesentliche Ausschnitte eines Fachinterviews zu dem im Jahr 2015 gestarteten Projekt „Beteiligung tut allen gut!“ Damit wird beabsichtigt, Partizipation in sozialpädagogischen Wohngruppen zu thematisieren, zu implementieren und zu erweitern. Initiiert wurde das Projekt von der Abteilung für Kinder- und Jugendhilfe Oberösterreich gemeinsam mit dem Verein Sozialpädagogik Oberösterreich. Petra Siegrist und Marianne Forstner, hauptberufliche Lehrende am Lehrgang für Sozialpädagogik an der FH Oberösterreich (Campus Linz), führten dieses Interview mit einem der Prozessbegleiter, Mag. Roland Urban, und einer beteiligten Jugendlichen aus einer sozialpädagogischen Wohngruppe. Anhand von 15 Leitfragen werden die wesentlichen Aussagen der Interviewten in gekürzter Form dargelegt. Dieser Werkstattbericht beleuchtet das Themenfeld Beteiligung aus verschiedenen Perspektiven und soll der Fachöffentlichkeit zur weiteren Diskussion und Reflexion Impulsgeber sein.

This contribution introduces relevant passages from an expert interview dealing with a project started in 2015 “Everyone benefits from participation!” Initiated by the Department of Child and Youth Services Upper Austria and the Association of Social Pedagogy Upper Austria it is aims at fostering discourse on, as well as implementing and expanding participation in residential units. The interviewers, Petra Siegrist and Marianne Forstner, are full-time lecturers in the course program for Social Pedagogy of the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria in Linz. They conducted the interview with one of the process supervisors, Mag. Roland Urban, and one of the youngsters currently living in a residential unit. Using 15 key questions, they introduce a shortened version of the main statements of the interviewees. This contribution in the form of a workshop report is intended to elaborate on the topic of participation from different perspectives and serve as an impulse for further professional discourse and reflection.
