Abstract
The article presents the results of five empirical projects from a digital research workshop that was carried out at the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland as part of the Bachelor's degree in Social Work at the time of the Covid-19 lockdown phase in the spring of 2020. In the first project, 701 women provided information about the influence of the restrictions on their financial situation, the burden of homeschooling, their interactions with their children, and the quality of their partnerships. In the second project, 86 pupils described how homeschooling works. They cited what they miss and also what they prefer, comparing homeschooling to their time in the classroom. In the third project, 82 people described their home-office experiences. Topics include the shift to working at home, time management, distractions, and spatial difficulties. The fourth project is about the use of digital media. The duration of use, the type of use, and the satisfaction with use during and before the movement restrictions are contrasted from the perspective of 216 persons. The fifth project compares activities and well-being in the city and in rural areas. The age and lifestyle of 183 respondents are taken into account. One question is also related to compliance with the measures. All in all, the descriptive, exemplary data presents the respective changes and provides an insight into the stresses and positive experiences from a social perspective.
