Blackbox Dokumentation: Von Partizipationsmöglichkeiten und -hindernissen in der Dokumentation.

Abstract

Die Selbstbestimmung von Adressat*innen und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit zwischen ihnen und Professionist*innen sind Ansprüche Sozialer Arbeit, die auch in den berufsethischen Prinzipien der Profession verankert sind. Das Miteinbeziehen der Adressat*innen endet jedoch allzu oft bei der Dokumentation – die mit einer Art Blackbox zu vergleichen ist. In diesem Artikel wird sich mit der Frage auseinandergesetzt, welche Partizipationsmöglichkeiten für Adressat*innen der Sozialen Arbeit im Rahmen der personenbezogenen Dokumentation bestehen.

The self-determination of addressees and partnership-based collaboration between them and social workers are claims of social work that are also anchored in their professional ethical principles. However, my thesis is that the involvement of the addressees often ends with the documentation – which can be compared with the principles of a black box. This article deals with the question of what possibilities of participation exist for addressees of social work within the framework of personal documentation.
